Seven Visions were unveiled to the President, Pastor Justice Lutashobya by 2005 in 40 days fasting prayer, for to fulfill the assigments he was given. In 2006 September pastor Justice organised the launching conference to share these visions with 150 partners of the gospel. 

• To carry out Seven Miracle Visions of World Miracle Mission Centre in order to bring honour and Glory to God in Tanzania and around the World.
• Establish a prayer covering over the entire nation of Tanzania and earth with strategically located prayer centres and continual worldwide prayer for the nations.
• Establish Prayer Command Centres in homes of believers who will be a light to help hurting individual in their communities and pray for the needs of the hurting masses in Tanzania and the world.
• Carry the saving and healing message of Jesus Christ to every village, town, city, nation and islands of the earth.
• Proclaim the whole Gospel of Jesus Christ to every person in Tanzania and around the world in our generation.
• Conduct Schools of Missionaries for the purpose of passing the anointing God has given to us to others for the purpose of reaching their villages, cities and nations for Christ in Tanzania and the entire Earth planet.
• Maximize technology, people and resources which God has provided for the spreading of the Gospel in Tanzania and around the world.
• Build God a mighty, active army of trained believers in every village, town, city, nation and the continents for the purpose of overtaking darkness and spreading the light of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
• Operate, articulate and demonstrate to the world, the five-fold ministries of the Church as outlined in Ephesians 4:11 for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.
• Recognize and support the unity in the Body of Christ, so that world will know we are His Disciples.
• Operate in full revelation of Holy Spirit and present the witness that Jesus is a true Living Sacrifice for salvation from sin, death and disease for all men regardless of religion, tribe and nationality.
• To operate in Seven Spirits God according to Isaiah 11:2 and Revelation 5:6 for opening and shining the light of the gospel to villages, towns, nations that are closed with satanic powers in Tanzania and the world.
