Seven Visions were unveiled to the President, Pastor Justice Lutashobya by 2005 in 40 days fasting prayer, for to fulfill the assigments he was given. In 2006 September pastor Justice organised the launching conference to share these visions with 150 partners of the gospel.

On account of 7 region mission programme for soul winning in Tanzania which started the year 2007, Evaluation of the President of World Miracle Mission Center June 2010 has found a deficit of 86% accomplishment of yearly programme of 1 million souls.That means we are reaching 14% of the target every year. The President was given the total assignment of 7 million souls to be won in one nation, and God instructed him to reach 70 nations within 7 seven years from 2006.
So, in order to reach the target of the vision, President of WMMC started 7 regions programme, Internet Evangelism and Schools of Ministry, and Intercessory conferences.
