Seven Visions were unveiled to the President, Pastor Justice Lutashobya by 2005 in 40 days fasting prayer, for to fulfill the assigments he was given. In 2006 September pastor Justice organised the launching conference to share these visions with 150 partners of the gospel. 

Pastor Justice Lutashobya graduated in Building Economics from ARDHI University 1996 before he was born again. After salvation in 1999, God called him after two years to be Evangelist. In the year 2001 God gave him a call to international missions for first time in Botswana. 

In 2003 Holy Spirit led him to join the Bible College at UNITED FELLOWSHIP OF AFRICAN MINISTRIES. He was ordained and licensed by Naioth Gopel Assembly and was sent to shepherd their churches for three years. In 2006 He was led by God to launch Evangelistic and missionary Organisation for international and local missions, called World Miracle Mission Center.

He has been in evangelistic missions in Tanzania, Botswana, United States of America; Uganda, Kenya, Burundi and Britain. In 2009 he was elected by Blessing Community for East Africa to be the President. From 2005 todate is a strong Covenant and Board partner member of Morris Cerullo World Evangelism.  

God used him mightly to destroy the village strongholds of satanic forces such as gods of the caves, forests, lakes, trees. He is a strong Revivalist especially in remote areas in Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Burundi and Botswana.  He had bombarded the rural populations, Homes, families with fire gospel and shaking strategic Prayer, under heavy anointing of the Holy Ghost. His strong and fire message on Salvation, Holy Spirit, Prayer and Intercession and Ministries has brought a new wind of revival in local churches in Tanzania and around the world. Many have confessed Jesus Christ, restoration of their life and deliverance from bondages. 

His ministry has impacted many young and new churches and caused mulplication and expansion of the congregation size from 20 members to more than 300 members. It is very rare to find a village church is more than 300 members, especially in Tanzania. 

Professionally, Pastor Justice is the Construction Economist (Cost Engineer) for Buildings, Roads and highways; Water; Energy and environment for more than 17 years since 1996.  He has participated in preparation of cost estimate, tender documents, contract documents; preparation of interim valuations and preparation of final account for many public and private construction projects for district roads, Trunk roads, Water projects, Building projects and Drainage and Sewerage projects.

Basically, for more than 15 years Pastor Justice has been preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ to the nations from his employment. He is very sucessful for both Eavangelistic missions and his professional courier. In 2013 he was led by God to terminate his contract of employment and joined Cost Engineering solutions. This is the consulting frim for all engineering works owned by ministers of the Gospel. His currently technical and marketing Director of CES. 

Pastor Justice is married to Adeline and they are blessed with Three Children; Jesse, Joyous and Joyce.
